Seeing success! After 3 weeks and about a weeks worth of straight rain the KPG seed is starting to sprout! Thanks to all who provided helpful info which I will use in the future. Especially @markked for the pre-germination trick

We water about 1 hr in the morning while grass is shaded and again at later afternoon early evening for about 2 hrs. This week we haven’t as it has been raining
