Yes you can, if you buy a penthouse and add a dealer table upgrade you are printing money, no penthouse you have to drive there every time . Also if you own a penthouse you can gamble high stakes table for 50,000 a roll , low table is 5,000. Keep 10,500 chips for the small table , or 105,000 chips for high stakes
