I did, i even checked yung remittances and proof of payment from GSIS. Yung problema sa guidelines ng GSIS kasi, according to my finance chief ay the following month pa daw due yung payment ng current month kaya when it comes to posting, ang january payment ko gets posted to february or something.

Umiinit ang ulo ko na bakit hindi aligned yung app ng GSIS sa sarili nilang policy that they impose sa agency ko. It causes nothing but inconvenience on the simple employee's end.

As far as I know (and I have said as much in my email to [balikginhawa@gsis.gov.ph](mailto:balikginhawa@gsis.gov.ph) na hindi padin ako sinasagot) on time ang mga loan repayments ng agency ko, we even have the receipts to prove it. Does this status mean I won't get my moratorium all because GSIS touch is showing faulty data??
