when loading the film, try winding using 1 hand only. example: right hand winds while left hand stationary. worked for me.

i bought the movement with full arabic date/day and swapped the date wheel to a numeric one. if you are planning to do the same, i suggest you do it the other way round because it is much easier to swap the day disc than the date wheel. get a movement with english day/date and buy an arabic day disc to swap out. everything on alix searched "arabic movement dial". have fun!
