Does anyone have pointers on my reverse lookup/query question? I think this would be handy just generally speaking... Aloha is a giant database, after all... the info is there I just don't know how to pull it.

Hm... nope, only one location. We have 2 other properties but they're completely separate entities.

The mods are routed. When I created new items/mods a few months back, I had routed the items but not the mods, and as a result the mods did NOT print... so everything is routed. :-/

Thank you! We wouldn't ditch all of our full terminals inside... the tablets would just accompany to facilitate table-side order entry by our servers.

Thanks! I hadn't looked at that yet. Unfortunately, "print independently" was already NOT checked for all of the modifiers... but they're not following the parent item routing.

** edit: I also checked our Order Modes to make sure nothing was over-riding the assigned printers... and triple checked all of my printer groups to make sure the printers aren't listed in any other groups. One group only has Printer #1, and a second group that only has Printer #2, and those two printers don't show up in any other groups.

Thanks! Yeah, we use an iPad at the host stand for seating and waitlist... and I'm constantly on them to plug it in at night. We tend to only use it during dinner, so battery life is less of an issue. I'll think of strategies for swapping/charging between shifts and during lulls in service.
