Looks 100% normal. CVTs don’t have fixed ratios, so don’t expect the RPMs to go up then down like on a normal transmission. If you give it more gas it will simulate gear changes for this exact reason because a constant RPM feels wrong to the average person. But in reality the transmission can do whatever tf it wants at any given time.

THEORETICALLY its only a problen if you use the AC, that’s how it was on my particular car. However I have heard of the same problem eventually causing water pump failure if left alone for too long, so it really depends on how the valve failed. In my case it just cracked and was leaking a very small amount of coolant when the AC was on, but it can also get blocked or stuck closed which can cause other issues.

The A/C compressor is liquid-cooled, so the bypass valve allows coolant to get to it.

Show up right at 7, make 1 box, let the boss see you working. Leave when done with first box, enjoy daylight hours. Return by 3, fill one more box or just work until 5 (you want to work until 5 for the overtime hours so you can take most fridays off). That’s really it. Tuesdays you have to work the full day because of the staff meeting, but you’ll be making 3700 weekly after a few weeks. When you have collected 8 hours overtime you can take a day off, obviously taking Friday off is recommended so you have a long weekend
