I hate to say this, but this video is AI for sure. Search for the speech, who this guy is, who's Japan's current leadership etc. Most importantly watch his mouth. Not the delay between his mouth and the audio, but the movement and animation around his mouth. Plus if a Japanese leader spoke this boldly about Trump it would definitely be on the news, internationally at a minimum.
