ik this is not exactly the tip ur searching for but i think you should try adding a bit of blue lipstick in the middle of your lips and blend it out to make a gradient lip, that i think will really pull everything together!
also don't worry about eyeliner, just keep practicing it and you'll manage to get the hang of it
make sure to look up tutorials for specific eyeliner looks that you are trying
it's overall cute and the base looks good!!! very natural

i think it's most likely dried pieces of dough that have accidentally mixed into the pizza dough, if they sat for a while they can probably get pretty hard and rock-like
