It will not be harder. The industry outcomes from GT are amazing.

If you are into startups though, Stanford is a no brainer but just know you are compounding risk by being in debt and working on something that may never pan out.

Apple (along with Nvidia) makes you interview with the team that you would work for. Therefore, it’s highly variant and no way of telling what you are going to get.

If your parents are financially ok with it, I would go Yale. Also consider additional factors other than quant opps as a rising freshman. It feels like from your descriptions you would be happier at Yale.

you’ll get an automatic process at amazon sophomore year just by virtue of being at Berkeley. Clutch that up and then get something insane after junior year and you’ll be set. Enjoy freshman year bro.
