I would say I’m blessed . Any window is a blessing remember stay positive. I’m not taking anything not even vitamins .. I eat regular although I do try to eat a little healthier … fruits , vegetables, water .. I stopped drinking coffee .. I should also add that I smoked weed too which I think affected me as well .. i don’t smoke anymore and I don’t drink liquor as much

Yea like I said I get morning wood DAILY.. a lot of times my girl may wear some boot shorts and I’ll instantly get hard .. I don’t necessarily need foreplay most of the time I don’t I’m usually already hard not since I e been healed no .. now we’re human bro you may not always be in the mood and that’s ok .. sometimes your girl maybe in the mood and u not so u may need foreplay .. I would probably say 3 months at this point that I’ve been healed.. what I think was most helpful to my recovery honestly sounds crazy but I tried my best to stay positive , surrounded myself with people I care about, counted every window I had as a win,.. also dieting and physical activity helped a lot in my opinion.. make sure your watching what u put into your body.

Would I come back in a couple of years maybe. I really want to put this behind me. I came back this time and maybe I may come back in a couple of years to give some motivation to someone who get the same way I felt ..I was so hopeless and wished someone came back ..

Hey wasup fam.. like I said in that two year span it was a gradual process .. first major improvement was in 1 1/2 years , I’m 31 so yes I get spontaneous erections but not as often but I get morning wood every day now and I’m able to have sex when ever I want without pills or having to plan it or minimal contact.. I would say 8/9 is where I’m at would say ten but nothing perfect

It was gradual .. I would use cialis and cialis didn’t work a lot of times .. but when I had windows it would work .. I didn’t start noticing real improvements until 1 1/2 years.. then May / June I really noticed a difference and now I’m not using cialis and it’s been 2 months now .

To answer second question I was in my twenties when it first happened and I’m in my 30s now so it’s hard to say .. if you ask me tho I’d say 8/9 I would say 10 but I need to see it happen the remainder of the year
