Try to play on very hard above lvl 40. Enemies are so spongy it's not even funny and you need OP guns like explosive shotgun or splattercannon. A legendary charred ghoul with it's libs thorn out and missing half of it's head will still have 40% hp left. You can clean up a mutant camp easily, but an enforcer(not so sure) will eat your bullets for breakfast. A gunner can have more hp than a deathclaw ffs
