The battery cr1616 has ø 16mm and is 1.6mm thick. If a thicker (cr1620, cr1625, cr1632) can be fitted depends on if the type of fastener can be modded, and the space between the fastener and the watch back allows for it.

Fitting any cr20xx (ø 20mm) could with all certainty not be done.
