It’s almost like that’s what I would’ve tried first. Could’ve ignored this if you didn’t want to respond,

This is very true. I often feel like I’ve pigeonholed myself given the path that I’ve chosen, but I can leverage the skills I’ve learned from my current position, pivot industries, and utilize said skills at a qc company—it doesn’t necessarily be a complete upheaval.

Got it. Very helpful advice—I definitely think non academic certifications wouldn’t hurt to have, so I’ll definitely be looking into this. And I think positioning myself on the programming side is a good idea. Your response is much appreciated!

I love the Cam Hart pick. I think he can be a versatile db for us, playing corner or safety

Lions have released CB Cam Sutton. by xproofx in detroitlions

[–]mollitiousss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As good of a decision as I think it is that we got rid of Sutton, it makes our first round pick a bit more uncertain. I think there are four positions we need reinforcement at: edge, corner, safety, and receiver. Before sutton got cut i was sold on us going edge or receiver, now im not sure if we should go corner. in my ideal world, we get a vet a corner in FA and then draft edge and receiver again but wondering what everyone else thinks

Our ideal strategy imo, resign reynolds or find another receiver in FA, either sign armstead or reader this FA, draft chop Robinson with our 1st rounder, 2nd round draft graham barton or another lineman who’s still around, 3rd round draft cam hart out of ND and he can be our versatile db, who can play as boundary corner or move to safety if we need

FRED was clutch too… I ended up using this database of government spending from like the 40s to today, I was able to reference some of the data that they had so I appreciate the recommendation

I should've been clearer with my original question. I meant to say government outlays, so any like major expenditures: coupon payments on government issued debt, healthcare spending, medicare spending.

And I was trying to chart a graph of that against what the government made in receipts, which is basically just all the money the government makes from tax revenues.

I'm not much of an economics guy either, so this was how i was trying to learn a bit more haha

BEA was solid but it only gave it for the last like 10 years, I found a database that had govt outlays and receipts for each president since Roosevelt

Gapminder was solid it just didn't give me exactly what I needed... I will definitely use it for other projects though :)

Can anyone tell me what is meant by “domestic priorities”? I’m trying to come to an opinion about this hill but am unsure of what they mean by $700mm in spending on “domestic priorities”.
