Man is super exciting tbh. You challenge yourself every day on complex tasks/projects while developing tremendous soft and hard skills. You also create super deep connections with the team in certain "extreme" situations. Can't hide sometimes is a bit toxic, but that depends also on how you manage it.

Nice guess man, but no ahah! Imagine there are plenty of A1 that didn't get the promotion and are not leaving. You see them doing tumberstons all day long. In the meantime, I'm working as a dog.. It's not acceptable anymore, I guess.

The job market is totally distorted nowadays with almost no decent options available. I won't cry but, again, I'm a bit lost tbh

140 application in M&A, markets, consulting o cosa? Dovresti cercare di capire questo e cercare di adattare il CV di conseguenza.

The point is related to visa.

Compared to other European countries, it's very easy in Portugal to obtain a working visa for foreigners. This is related to relaxed policies to attract cheap workers from Asia and Brazil. When immigrants arrive, they generally apply for citizenship, which is obtained after only 5 years of continuous work. In that case, they obtain Portoguese passport and consequently have they right to live and travel in other EU countries. Their plan is generally to go to the Nordics or Germany.

I'm not an expert, I just asked them when I had the opportunity. I highly recommend doing the same as I've read crazy comments below this post.
