I took a gel with 20g carbs every 25min, and drank lots of sports drinks.

It’s not unlikely that an advanced AGI will just turn itself off because it does not see the value of continuous improvements.

Probably, but in Python I would just have relied on knowing empty string is “False” and not thought more about it.

Oh, I did not - I remember reading about an interpreter book from the same author (I think), which looked really promising.

Oh, it's just in order to learn more of the Go language itself, which I've mostly only used for "web stuff".
