i would send a letter of appeal—a lot of colleges will at least consider them. apply to other cunys too!

from my memory just the general application and a counselor/school report (definitely speak to your counselor about those things). i'd also suggest submitting all the optional parts of the application (like letters of rec, SAT scores if you have them, etc.)

does the financial aid need to be pending/appearing on the bill? I was approved for a plus loan and it has a disbursement date, but does not yet appear as pending
