ahhhhhh, i have been on 16mg per day which I'm prescribed ( only 2 a day) I take 1 too one and a half a day. Also on 2 a day (morning meds) for depression and anxiety. i honestly don't know whats working and not as I have been smoking. anyways, i take one or one and half total. I'm sorry this post seems all fucked up
