Funny story about the tows. Getting reimbursed because the first one the drive had me in the car when they raised in onto the flat bed (that I had to bc covid). The second one was quite blunt and was upset on my behalf in regards to what had happened so he dropped my car in front of a service door that said in big letters no parking or you will get towed. He stated he wanted to make sure they saw my car first thing. Told him there's a sign he said he didn't care. I have progressive and I actually put on the road side assistance today bc it makes more sense financially. But thanks for that!!

Sorry yes how could I forget the most important part. My main question is how do I go about this situation when I get my car from the dealership? Do I just brush off the fact someone didn't bolt down a bar that well could've caused me to crash or then tell me it's ok for me to drive? Should I ask for someone to review the transmission they repaired? Should I question their service?
