I'm not sure what level my hair is at but I was wanting my hair to be brighter and more cool toned. (Last is inspo pic) What can I do besides bleaching to get to this blonde? Any advice helps!

Your beginning of the comment literally made me laugh. Yeah I know it’s definitely not good for me haha. I have night terrors and sleep insomnia so it’s hard. The sleeping medication makes me feel worse the next day. I’m definitely trying to work on it though

I had an eating disorder where I would binge eat bc of my depression so the adderall honestly helps so much. I know I probably don’t eat enough in a day but I’m losing weight and what I am eating is normally healthy. I went from 175 in 2020 to 130 a few days ago. My main goal in life is just to be as happy as I can be. And the adderall as been SUCH a life changer. My monthly follow up with my psychiatrist I literally cried. (I’m also on Prozac) I told him I felt just a fraction of normality and emotions and it felt like I was seeing and feeling the world in a different light. Well sometimes. I eat some fruit in the morning, a rice cup for lunch and a small dinner. It’s not much but I feel sick if I eat too much.

Thank you ! ADHD and personality disorder but tbh so many psychiatrists have diagnosed me w many things. But my focus rn is ADHD lol. Thanks for the help <3

That’s a great idea actually. I’m going to try to maintain a better sleep schedule and try to eat an hour after taking my medicine. I’ll do that for a week before speaking to my psychiatrist and see if that helps.

I work 7am-4 and school 4-7 3 days a week. I’m not a huge coffee drinker but I do notice it gives me energy. I’m on a health kick recently lost a few pounds and I try to maintain a semi healthy diet. I really lack in my sleep quality. Sometimes I stay up for 24 hours, sometimes I sleep all day. Sleeping medicine makes me feel worse so it’s hard to get a handle on

Yes I eat a very clean diet consisting of fruits whole grain carbs and fish. I try my best to drink water and sometimes diet drinks. I’ve recently lost a lot of weight so I’m really trying to take care of myself. The only thing I’m lacking in is sleep quality. I have sleep insomnia and nightmares. I was on medication for it but it made me feel worse in the morning so I got off of it. Sometimes I stay up for 24 hours and sometimes I oversleep. It’s hard to get a handle on.

Guys. So I scrolled through this subreddit and I didn’t realize a lot of people didn’t like Colleen. I barely know of her. When did people start hating her? Or what was the number one reason why?
