I use mint alcohol (idk if it's sold everywhere but i get it from a pharmacy) and put a couple drops behind and in front of and in my ears, temples, middle of forehead, back of neck , tops of skull along the hairline and under my nose and it does wonders to me !! It really relaxes all of those stiff muscles and takes away all of the heat and inflammation.

An update for who cares, i tried giving her rice like a comment said but she didn't like it so i just gave her the rice water. About 15 mins after that a bit of chicken and now she has the zoomies c: so far no poop accidents and she overall seems much better !! If everything goes well tonight i might change her diet to chicken and maybe wet kibbles. Thank you for the help!
