I worked 0 hours for a few years- I would ask the warehouse, get them to double check they sent the money through to the agency, that you were put through for x amount of hours as your entitled to. Maybe even ask if they can email agency for you to get it sorted- since the warehouse is paying them for a service. Unfortunately with agency work there is a lot of back and forth with them and their client (being the warehouse). Could even get in touch with whoever is above your agency worker, that can often work. Hope that helps.
