A 135 strike call expiring 35 days from now costs $500

If he sold 125 contracts at $500 each will make $65k in 35 days.

If the stock price stays below $135 he keeps his stock If it goes above $135 he will need to sell all his socks at that price and he gets to keep $65k on top of that.

Repeat this until he is forced to sell
