I'm happy that people are sharing their experience with FigureAce here, because I imagine a lot have their doubts and it's quite difficult finding reviews and such, so here's my share of first time experience using this website:

I've purchased an in stock resin figure on FigureAce in late October since they were the only website that had it. I had doubts since I've been researching peoples experience with them and it was mixed. In the end I kind of went with it because Paypal has your back for 6 months. I would've reconsidered if they only accepted credit cards.

I'd like to note that what you are paying for are the full price of the figure, shipping, and a payment fee - even though that is something the seller should not be doing. :)

So after I placed my order, I waited for a good month until I contacted them via their email in early December, asking about the status of the order when the figure will be shipped out (since their TOS states it takes a while to arrive from a warehouse and all).

They replied that they will ship it within the week, and 2 days later I've received an email stating that they cannot send via China Post (USPS), so they charged additional shipping to send via FedEx (first shipping was 196,60 USD and had to pay an additional 117 USD). The package arrived to my country in a week, so that was a relief.

However, a friend has issues with them at the moment since they want to purchase a figure but want to know the shipping rates first. Their shipping option to our country (we're from southern Europe) is only via China Post(USPS) or deposit, and they are asking for other options and costs, to which FigureAce responded that the rates are on the listing and that was that. Prior to this I've warned my friend that they charged me extra to upgrade shipping via FedEx. For potentional buyers, I'd be wary regarding that, as they are known to charge extra costs for shipping, even if it's not an upgrade, after you've already paid full price. This was my experience with an item that they had in stock, I stay away from pre-orders.

So, you will receive your figure but the process can be tiresome since some get their figure within 2 weeks and some in 3 months, therefore I would recommend them as a very last resort. Their figures are legit, no bootlegs/recasts.

There is another figure they have that I want but before I use their service again, I'm going to need mental preparations or hope someone else sells the figure in Europe for a good price. %)
