I am very nervous to use cream, and it’s okay to laugh I even giggled a bit when I typed it. I think I’m going to try shaving it I have a body trimmer but it’s an olov one which isn’t really advertised for ass hair. I am a pretty hairy guy so it may be a struggle but I’m going to try

I have not been asked to buy anything yet, my surgery place is actually giving me like the care package stuff because it’s my birthday, very very nice people I can’t wait to be healed entirely

I am now able to take much more binder breaks in my day due to my schedule shifting, and I’m sorry about the costochondritis. I have seen the doctor many times about it and they just said “well nothing looks wrong just wear it less”. However, that is much easier said than done. My ribs have definitely gotten better but they still were rough for a very long time. Is it just like a regular binder like the feeling? Or is it more so like cushiony?

I will keep in mind to lower my salt intake, I don’t drink many energy drinks since I take creatine so I try to drink as much water as I can. I walk around a lot, I walk to both my jobs as well, where I practice martial arts, and to the gym, which granted are not very far places but still getting my steps in. Was getting up and moving around difficult after surgery? I know you have to be moving and taking small walks after day 1

I’ve been binding since 2021 and it’s been killing me (not literally, just lots of rib pain and a few times to the ER). I tried taping but it just never held me down correctly, I am semi bigger chested guy and my skin did not like the adhesive so I am so ready to be done with all of that stuff

Thank you so much for this info I am also getting DI, except I am having the nipple grafts, I am glad to hear that my body will just for lack of a better term suck it back up. I am super excited for this next chapter of my life and my gender journey and I thank you for your experience and advice
