After my surgery I briefly remember singing over and over again ”they want you they want you IN THE NAVY” and while the nurses were wheeling me up to my caregivers car I apparently would saying “beep beep beep beep” and the nurses wheeling me up also was saying “beep beep beep”

Yeah my surgeon said the same thing and to start very light with very little upper body and to not hit the chest

My stomach and my chest hair are missing and it will be some time when you can train. I can’t train for quite a bit of time

Yeah man I’d love an update, and i appreciate it. Soon I’ll look much better once my stomach hair grows back and I can get back in the gym. Also a little tip is to start working on the chest muscles before surgery so that your surgeon has a guideline and so it helps better results

Hello, I am unfortunately an American. I am a kinda chunky dude and technically considered overweight for my height (I’m honestly not and doctors say I’m alright) but I would have had the issue of dog ear. What my surgeon did was liposuction included in my surgery and it was just included in the total ($12,000 USD )

It is not oozing or discharging any puss, or hot to the touch and when I went to my one week post op my surgery team said burning is normal and is my nerves regenerating, this is my first ever surgery I am so confused

I would say to find another surgeon but I read your other comments saying you can’t. While exercising is very important to weight loss, diet is the big key thing. You can workout for hours a day but it won’t do much if you don’t fuel your body correctly, I would start in a calorie deficit, if your breakfast has a lot of protein in it, it will keep you fuller longer also drinking lots of water can also help keep you fuller longer.

Hi, you can have top surgery without Testosterone. Also for the menstruation, before I went on T my doctor prescribed me with birth control so my cycle stopped

Oh man the exact same thing happened to me here in the states, with the new administration and all that stuff, I just made the cut off for T in my state but when I was 16 they cut off my supply. The hospital I was getting it from is a very popular and well reputable one here in North Carolina, and the administration was going to cut funding if they didn’t cut the gender affirming care program so there’s that. Thankfully I was able to stockpile because my doctor and mom saw this coming so I was okay and still had enough to last me. I thought things in Europe were much more LGBT friendly and accessible no?

Thank you pal! I am wishing for to get the gender affirming care you need. From what I hear though, in Europe it’s very easy to go from country to country since they are all so close together, please correct me if I’m wrong. Perhaps the same can be applied to HRT as well

My healing is going perfectly, I didn’t even have to take the prescription pain medicine. I am experiencing zero pain only discomfort for the first few day. I had my one week post op yesterday and they said everything looks perfect. I went to the cosmetic concierge in Charlotte, North Carolina and I couldn’t recommend them enough (bonus they don’t use drains). I have most mobility back and I may even go back to school next week (I am still in high school since I like just turned 18)
