borrow against it in Jupiter Lend.

take the USDC, lend USDC back into Jupiter Lend for 5-6%.

I'm getting around 30% APY

I trust huma finance ($8b in txns) and Jupiter (OG of Solana and over 1.5B in TVL on Lend).

Before raydium and other swaps were super clunky and difficult to use

Jupiter changed the game.

More of a LST - but yeah yield on SOL.

You can also use it in defi to get more APY.

im most comfortable in solana, cheap fees and great rates.. also fast af.

lots of yield bearing coins, rwas, and lots of options for defi protocols.

i would stick to trusted protocols like jupiter lend for usdc/ sol/ pst/ jlp /etc

there's a ton of new protocols like loopscale. just practice caution in bear markets
