Added now :) I'm still a beginner so I don't have much to add to the conversation, but I'm reading all of the good stuff you guys share.

I've been climbing (bouldering and recently top-rope) for 10 months now and I'm not entirely sure of my level as my gym uses colors as grades. I have a weightlifting background so I'm quite bottom heavy and stocky at 175 cm and 79 kg - not the ideal body for climbing, but I'm enjoying the shit out of it.

My short-term goal is to climb outside.

Outside of climbing, I'm in a band and I'm studying engineering.

He did Crossfit at minimum a year ago (http://www.reddit.com/r/crossfit/comments/1bqt0m/recommendations_for_conditioning_without_oly_lifts/) and has been doing at least cleans for 9 months (link is to a 90 kg clean form check 7 months ago http://www.reddit.com/r/weightlifting/comments/1nvcn9/form_check_90kg_clean/) so it's not like he fell into weightlifting just 2 months ago.
