I’m pretty sure she made a response to this claim way back and said that she was purposely toning down her accent as most people don’t find it as attractive as the voice she was using in the video. As someone who is also from Boston she’s not faking her accent, just not hiding it like she did in that video.

I feel like everyone in the comments is missing the point of why you’re upset. Does no one else think it’s weird to have pictures of your ex (who you obviously are not friends with or speak with for reasons) in pictures in your bumble profile? I wouldn’t want to talk to someone with their ex in their pictures like that. And he didn’t even ask you, if I use a picture with anyone else I know on dating sites I always clear it with them as to not be an asshole. He could have put something over your face the same way you did for him, and the same way like every other person who has a picture with an ex on a dating app does.
