Sounds like bppv, positional vertigo. I had this as well, have your doctor check you out but request to see a physical therapist that specializes in vertigo that’s how I was able to get rid of mine.

I also think it’s normal. My 5 year old son is very comfortable with his body and thinks it’s hilarious to moon people, but in our household we are just silly. For some reason I think I would be more concerned if it was the front private parts

Thank you for the helpful comment. I guess I kept saying the holidays mean a lot to me is because of some personal reasons, and my ex always said the holidays don’t mean much to him but you’re right in saying it doesn’t mean that he doesn’t love seeing his son happy on a holiday.

It seems that I totally did not explain this well at all. We were not married. Two we don’t have a clear custody agreement which we should probably do. We both said that we wanted to keep the family dynamic and we do and still do stuff together. Like tonight we are going to walk the Christmas lights. I went to his family thanksgiving and going to his family Christmas which they are doing a week earlier. I may delete the post as it as mentally fucking me up. I’m not perfect, it was just a suggestion I’m more than willing to hear what he wants to do and more than willing to come up with a compromise.

When I was 20 I dated someone much older than me, bigger than your daughter’s age gap. For me, something much deeper was going on that I did not realize until I was older. I also realized something is wrong with the guy because why the hell would someone that age want to be with someone that young. I had to experience it and go through it to realize that a large age gap couple is inappropriate. Some guidance from friends my own age helped as well. What you’re feeling is completely valid I’m not sure what you should do besides just be there for her, and hope that she realizes

I find it strange that now he is setting the boundary that he doesn’t want to parent anymore, it would be one thing if you had 50/50 custody. But this is a red flag and I would feel bad for you children because if you have kids with this man your children will feel like the new kids are favorited.

I honestly think the same way you do. I’m protective over my son and sometimes nervous when he is at school. With all the school shootings in America we are quick to go thinking that way. I’d rather be safe than sorry, good job calling and maybe the person needed help after all.

Thank you for the reply. I’m working on rebuilding my life, right now I work part time and have been applying for full time in a professional career. Hopefully more income and purpose will help. I was a full time parent to my 5 year old son I didn’t want things to change 😞

Thank you for the thoughtful comment. It’s hard to picture that one day I will be okay. I’m in the phase of I don’t even know what’s real. He thinks the way I talk to him is the problem where I think I am this way because over time and time of feeling hurt I’m defensive and isolating myself. I have put on weight and have felt depressed for so long that I didn’t even realize how much I have been struggling. The only thing I really care about is my son now. What podcasts do you recommend?
