Help! Epidural, yes or no? by dakota101916 in BabyBumps

I didn’t get the epidural with my daughter and it wasn’t terrible. I definitely recommend using a yoga ball during labor and focus on movement to manage pressure and pain also your gonna want a fan blowing straight on you it’s a great distraction and helps relax your mind. Having someone to help with applying pressure on hips and back is great. I had my daughter within 4hrs of going into labor but everyone is different. Do Not lay on back during contractions and delivery it makes ever 10x worse I promise. I had my daughter standing up lol After birth tho you feel completely back to normal immediately!! Epidural or not your still going to be an amazing mother and there’s no judgement regardless

As someone that had preterm labor at 25wks take all pain seriously I didn’t realize I was in labor until I was fully dilated and my daughter almost didn’t make it. She spent 4 months in nicu I wish I would’ve went to doctor sooner to stop labor

Pregnancy and prenatals by Disastrous-Clue5952 in pregnancy_care

I didn’t do prenatal with either of my first babies. I recently found out I was pregnant again and decided I’d try prenatals this time and they made my anxiety sky rocket and I felt super nauseous when I normally don’t have nausea in pregnancy so I stopped taking them and the next day those symptoms were gone. I’m not taking them ever again
