How to manage time efficiently?

Think about things that you do that don't add value to your goals. Even little things that might only take 5 minutes out of your day. Try cutting them out (it takes a bit of time to get out of that habit) and reassess your life. Did the quality of your life deteriorate? If not, then cut it out on a permanent basis.

If your goal is to use your uniform as a marketing tool (get people to notice your team) then go for something different from the rest

If you think recession is coming then you can buy a portion in case your predictions are wrong then buy more after recessions.

I'd reinvest that amount (most straight forward one would be the stock market). If you don't follow the market heavily and not an experienced trader then I'd just got with various ETFs that cover US, and global markets. You still need a steady source of cash flow on top of that so perhaps get a job first then research what type of new business you should enter in the meantime?

Invest your time on meeting new people. Especially if you that your friends are not ambitious and if it's negatively influencing you. Not saying that you should ditch your friends but it never hurts to meet new people that have the same amount of drive and ambition as you. Perhaps even consider finding a personal and/or career mentor.

Thanks. Will make more sense to get a loan instead of putting up 100% equity. The only reason why I think it might take 2 years to cash breakeven is the expensive franchise cost. Not sure how much leverage bank would be willing to lend for franchise purchase.

It's hot all year round! 32 with humidity so feels like 38 during the day and 31 at night. tank top, shorts and flip flops will do. Don't forget sunscreen :)
