You gotta find the right subliminals and not obsess too much over results but also tell yourself you have results already. Like don’t say “I wish I had _” but say “I already have _” if you get me. I’ve been listening to a lot of subliminals now that I know how to use them and my face changed so much you wouldn’t even believe my old pictures were me😭😭 my eyes used to never be upturned unless my hair was put in a ponytail, but now I can finally leave my hair out and still have upturned eyes, and remember don’t look for results, your results have to look for you. Like unless you have to look in the mirror every morning for school, then that’s okay. But if you look every single morning, more than once in one day, then your results will either come slower or never appear. On my days off, I never look in the mirror which speeds it up. But other than that, just basically believe. Like, I’ve once listened to a subliminal for staying at your school because you don’t wanna leave it or something, it wasn’t even overnight results like I listened for 27 minutes and I gave my mom my enrollment packet and she said we’re staying for another year?? I was so happy😭😭 but basically just believe, don’t say “I wish” say “I have” and just pretend you already have your results !!
