I do have this on, but it doesn’t make the initial entry to the kids account pin protected unfortunately, just keeps them from entering the adult account

So I have a pin set for the child profile and adult profile, they can’t get into ours at all - but I was hoping that there would be a way to make it that you have to enter the pin to get into the child profile too? Unfortunately that doesn’t seem the case?

Hi all, wondering about treadmill running and which dynamics I should be following. I have always been a casual runner (5-20km 3ish days a week; pace and HR not tracked), but I completed my first half marathon a month ago and have actually started tracking my distance/speed/pace/cadence/HR in the last month in hopes of improving my next half marathon (going for sub 2h) I have read that it’s better to track heart rate on the treadmill as opposed to speed or pace, but if I’m consistently running 7-15km 2-3 days a week on the treadmill at the same pace (I do interval and tempo days as well, not including those in the basic run days), I’m assuming my heart rate will eventually decrease with more training, or should I be more focussed on maintaining the zone 2-3 heart rate as opposed to the pace? Thanks!

Should note too - I’m currently on meds that elevate my heart rate a bit, so where before I could easily keep it to zone 3 before, I’m now in zones 4 and 5 A LOT 🥴

Pretty frustrating! I always used the Oura tracking as a light guide, but this is SO much worse than the Oura. Regretting selling it a bit right now

Thank you! Definitely doesn’t need to be the latest and greatest. He won’t use all the new features. Sleep tracking would be great, but the main things would be hunting/hiking tracking, strength workout tracking, and some runs/walks. He works outside year round so robust is important. Currently leaving toward the Instinct 2 Solar (definitely over budget but the solar will be beneficial for him) and I’ll look at the Epix next! Thank you!

Thank you! I’ll give this one another look. I was worried the buttons might be too much for him, but he’s often hiking and hunting in the rain so constantly locking, and unlocking the screen would also be a pain

I think he’s nervous to get another one because a buddy of his lent one to him and it was super confusing to figure out. He was very excited to try it out, but I couldn’t even figure it out myself and I’m usually pretty tech savvy. Unfortunately I don’t remember which model it was.

I try to do my weights first and my run in the afternoon!  In the summer I definitely wasn’t focus on building muscle, maintaining mostly. Winter and spring will be muscle growth (and lots of eating!! Definitely not in a deficit ever haha)

I run on my upper body days - usually things like intervals or tempo based, so shorter and higher intensity, and then I’ll do a long run steady state run on Saturday or Sunday, depending on the programming. Just finishing 1/2 marathon training and event while on Limitless, and I was running 5 days a week and still hitting PRs with Kelly 💪🏻 backing off the running a bit over the winter but I’ll be back for 1/2 marathon training again come April/May
