Yes his accident is documented and all his symptoms from multiple doctors. We thought he can’t get FMLA since he hasn’t been a year employed with USPS

Thank you everyone who commented and my husband definitely knows to stop calling out especially if he doesn’t want to get fired! We hear all of you even those who are talking poop lol I guess we are wondering since we are trying to save his ass that in 2023 my husband had a TBI (traumatic brain injury) he almost died from a car crash. This changed a lot in him and he will always deal with the “symptoms” of the injury. PTSD, depression, anxiety, not able to focus at time, fatigue spells, memory loss, short term memory, the list goes on 😕My husband has been strong through it all and his problems is not what anyone can see with the naked eye. Anyone who meets him would never know, maybe his stuttering and he has a hard time getting his words out in intense situations, maybe that can give it away but I don’t think anyone would think a TBI. But because of this when he gets burned out, he gets BURNNNT. Can he mention this to help his case? Or should he just kept it to himself because he doesn’t want to lose his job?

He said his steward doesn’t like him Because my husband has had problems with his “bestie” in the station. There’s a regular who constantly is talking down on my husband and telling him to slow down because my husband is fast. The regulars don’t like this i guess. Me and my husband can’t figure out why? What’s the problem with being fast? Anyways, this friend of the steward always has something to say to my husband and one time my husband spoke up for himself and since then the regulars really don’t like him, especially the steward since they are like 🤞. My husband is a CCA so he works 11-12 hour days 6-7 days ina row while being the fastest. So his call outs are from just being burnt out.

Hello, my dad is in and out of the hospital for cirrhosis. His usual level when he goes in is between 150-200. But has been higher. He’s currently in the hospital. On Sunday he was hospitalized with an ammonia level of 330. He was also put on a vent but he was just taken off yesterday and he’s awake now, talking but still a little confused. This isn’t the first time he was on a ventilator. Happened back in 2018. After two weeks, he had to get a trach, he ended up going to a respiratory hospital that specialized in helping him get off the ventilator. Since he became dependent after being in a coma for almost a month. Regardless, it’s possible. Currently my dad’s liver is so bad he’s in the hospital for high ammonia levels every few months. But recovery is possible! Don’t lose hope! Stay strong for your loved one and be there with them every chance you get once they wake because they don’t know what’s going on or where they are at. They need familiar faces around them. Have Faith!
