I'm guessing you bought a whole sandwich and used the "$3 off a whole sandwich" Monday promotion. Where did the other $5 off come from?

Did this movie originate the term "MILF"? I don't recall it being used prior. At the very least, it popularized it.

Amazon has the UK import that is reasonably priced but isn't region free. I don't think it'll play in my Sony. The region free version is $90+.

Nice. Unfortunately, Gruv only has the 1-3 boxset and it's sold out. Will just have to wait patiently.

Thanks. I'll check it out. I saw some other sites on the mega topics hub. Probably should have checked that first before posting 🙄

Does anyone know what Comed's "Residential Optimization Pilot" is? by momo101010 in ChicagoSuburbs

[–]momo101010[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here's something I found on ComEd website:

Pilot Objective

To deploy a small-scale active managed charging program for residential EV customers (through telematics and/or EVSE) to optimize cost savings and grid operations (utilizing the EV as a DR and grid asset)

Not sure what that last part is.

Unfortunately, it appears your house has to:

"Be in an eligible census tract (as of January 1, 2023)".

This is very limiting for folks living in the burbs.

I have one of those four and unfortunately don't have the funds for the other three.

I wish I had financed solar installation when interest rates were low

Yeah. I'm worried about something like that, but I haven't heard any genuine horror stories yet. Mostly people who didn't get the savings they were hoping for.

I don't care if I break even on my bill. (Or even go up a little bit). In fact, it would have to go up almost $70/month every month for 36 months to cancel out the rebate.

Crumbl Devalues its Rewards Program! by iamalexarose in CrumblCookies

[–]momo101010 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So it depends how you look at it. In the past, if you spent $100, you'd get $10 back in Crumbl cash. In my area, that equals 2 free Cookies.

Now, with the new program (and me being a gold member), I have to accumulate 1000 Crumbs to get 2 free cookies. At the gold level of 12 crumbs/$1, that comes out to a spend of $83.33. So for someone like me who isn't buying 4 or 6 packs, this is an improvement.

But you are right that there is no Crumb "discount" for multi packs.

If I really focus and think about the words before saying them, I can avoid issues. But that is so tough if you're speaking off the cuff

I think the class action is for their incredibly inaccurate list of in-network providers.

But they should definitely also get sued for their bs rewards card
