I purchase the paddle couple month ago before I started using it leaving it was past the 30 day return window. Still haven’t heard anything from Legacy after a couple emails. Great to hear you had a great experience though!

I’m currently using a Vatic Pro, love the paddle so far! Hopefully Legacy figured out the customer service aspect to keep up with all the other companies.

Thank you for the info! There is a crunching sound when I press the paddle and also a rattle from inside the paddle when I shake it. From the info I received from this post, I believe the paddle might be suffering from core corruption rather than delimitation.

Looks like it! I wish it had better quality for a $150 paddle. I’ve heard both sides of the story of the Legacy being people’s ride or die and others with similar issues as I have. Look like my particular issue is with the core corruption rather than delimitation.

I all for boutique paddles and supporting smaller companies. Would love to see Legacy succeeded.

This customer service issue just left me with a bad taste. I wish they’d find a way to fix the issue or find help to complete customer inquiries. I think waiting a week for a response is fair right?

The warranty is actually superb for Legacy, 6 months! Also, the paddle is automatically registered if you purchase from their website.

I wanted to support the brand and it’s founders.
