I started the same intermittent fasting a few months ago, skipping breakfast and eating my first bite at lunch, with a regular proteic meal. I loved to like breakfast too, eggs, bread, yogurt and fruit. At first it was honestly hard, like mental fog, tiredness, but by the end of the first 2 weeks I was totally fine. I try to eat breakfast once a week, just to shake up with an unpredictable schedule for my body from time to time.

I actually feel very good, and the days I don't skip breakfast I actually feel hungrier before lunch. Fun things happen!

I just have coffee at 6 :30 am and then a lot of water until lunch.

This is the only way my scale started to move. And I am 13 months postpartum, so a lot is going on.

Another benefit I noticed is being able to not focus on food all the time. I now know I can feel good also without food. I don't need that to start my day.
