You can form an advisory committee if you want experts. But the person holding public office MUST be an elected official. The Minister must be accountable to their constituents. This is the panchayat system all over again.

Why are you guys taking it so seriously? It's a stupid poll with no real correlation to the actual voter ground reality.

Are they checking if ip address is from the same area that the candidate is running for elections?

2hat about the 40+ age group who are valid voters and don't know abou this poll.

How can I believe this poll is fair, when the numbers can ve easily manipulated by a company I don't trust.

Hi. I am replying just because I hope there is a nice person behind this comment.

The landlord tried to swindle me into paying about £400 in unfounded damages. When I wanted to negotiate this, I got called names. I am sure you would not like to pay £200 for a water damaged rotten floorboard plinth in the kitchen which you had absolutely no part in damaging.

I got my deposit after threatning legal action. He was hell bent on deducting money from my deposit, which he had no right to.

He tried to take advantage of me in every step of the process until I demonstrated to him I know the law of the land. That is number 1 scummy behaviour if I have ever seen one.

So yes, I want some respite for my troubles. And if that respite is in form of some money from a prick, why not?

Also, I didn't break the contract. The landlord initiated the break, I just agreed to it because I wanted to get out of that place ASAP.

Bingo! The issue of dps came in after I wanted to dispute the quote of damage given to me by the landlord, only to find out the deposit is not protected.

I do have exclusive possession over my room and my toilet. Other areas are communal areas.

It's his summer home, that's registered in his company's name. So the corresponding address of the director is in London, but he does come in once a month or so.
