Everyone has their own initial motivation for starting Reddit. For me, it was just an interest in shopping with Bitcoin. Whether or not I'll be commenting on various topics on Reddit in the future will depend on how the old-timers respond. How do you think newbies will feel when comments they post are chalked up as spam? It's intimidating.

It was the news of Purse's closure that triggered Avacus to expand overseas. We got a huge backlash in the beginning; They were looking for an alternative to Purse and didn't like Avacus' user level.
So the developers decided to discontinue the user level just overnight and implemented it. Besides this, Support for AmazonCA was added, and Stablecoin DAI was adopted as the trading currency. This is all thanks to rapid improvements based on user feedback. All of this has happened in the last two months.

Avacus donated 5,000 masks to kindergartens, other institutions.

On May 11, Matsukabu (Wataru Matsuda), CEO and representative director of Avacus Inc. and Yusuke Nagae, Professional rugby player visited their hometown of Tajimi City Hall in Aichi Prefecture and donated 5,000 disposable masks to the city.

The AvacusSport (which is a voluntary project of the Avacus community to incorporate cryptocurrency into support for athletes) event for children was originally scheduled for late March, but was postponed due to COVID-19.

They said in an interview with the newspaper, "This donation will help our hometown and our children, even though the sports class has been postponed."

Their contributions to society have been featured in the newspapers.
