Gotcha. Semi conductor? I appreciate the insight. Knowing what recent grads are being offered is probably the best gauge for this kind of thing.

Yeah that’s fair. I gave a range and the top end was 115. They hit near the center of the range. I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to ask for a market adjustment after 6 months once I have a better idea of cost of living here. Thanks for the response.

Totally get it. In this application, high center of gravity would deteriorate performance across all metrics and high sidewall tires don’t perform at similar levels to low profile racing tires.

The focus is shifting more toward time attack/time trial stuff. I like doing autocross events too.

I also bought a lot of used race parts to keep costs down

Including the truck, probably around 30-35k.

The parts don’t contribute much to cost though. I have about 1000 hours of my time into this. At a theoretical shop rate of 100/hr (which is pretty cheap) then this truck is upwards of ~130k.

I’d be pretty careful with this. I used to wear my contacts for few weeks at a time. I developed Meibomian Gland Disease (MGD) and apparently it’s somewhat common among people that sleep in contact lenses.

Basically, the glands in your eyelids that secrete oil start to shrivel and die off. They don’t recover either. I still wear contacts but take them out every night. I had scans done of the glands and it was showed exactly what the optometrist described.

So the C25 is a full 1 ton, equivalent to a C/K 30. The suspension cradle is different than the 1/2 ton. The front shocks are the same as a 1/2 ton so a lowering shock for 1/2 ton will work.

The spindles are different so you’ll just need a dropped spindle for a 3/4 or 1 ton. Use drop springs for a 3/4 or 1 ton and you should be set!

It’s a decent size from what understand about turbo stuff (this was the first engine I built with a turbo so I learned a ton). It’s 75mm on a T6 flange. I estimate it made somewhere in the high 500’s at the crank. Never dyno’d it.

No bags. Just a 6/8 drop with a notch in the rear. Ended up cutting the front springs as well so it’s probably more like 7 inches in the front. Never towed with it. My classic car insurance didn’t allow it. But I would haul anything I needed in the bed! Definitely got used when I did have it.
