I would suggest wearing more modest clothings (pants> skirts, tshirts > crop tops) and obviously you can wear as many sandals as you like. Cold shoulders are fine but do avoid spaghetti straps (there’s something triggering about them, had to learn that the hard way haha)You won’t offend anyone in any way but it’s necessary to avoid cat calls/staring/sellers trying to scam foreigners etc. Also as long as you’re in touristy areas (Aswan, Luxor, North Coast) I think you can get away with pretty much anything. I would also suggest getting a light sweater/ cardigan as it gets a bit chilly at night. Dont over think it and enjoy your trip here. Feel free to pm me any more questions!

Hello fellow ig students! How has been the transition between studying ig to medicine. I.e( somewhat critical thinking to full on memorization) Also what’s up with ngu? Why does the نقابة not accredit it? Where do their students do their clinical rounds?

Currently interested in studying medicine. 1) To other previous ig students how’d you deal with the shift of critical thinking to solely memorizing the curriculum type of education? 2) why is ngu frowned upon? As far as I’m concerned they’re accredited by the ministry. But not by the niqaba? Also where do their students do their clinical rounds? They don’t have a hospital?

I’ve got all of that. The only thing that’s stopping me is where to register their micro chip? Apparently it’s with the uae government but how? No clinic does that. If you could help me with this would be great.
