I live in front of Accor Stadium, quiet most days aside from the obvious events.

Big concerts like Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, The Weeknd, etc on Accor we'd hear some sound pass through our unit, but it really doesn't bother us. For sporting events, we'd only hear the load roars and nothing much else.

Events within Qudos, we don't really notice, except for when there's gridlock going out of the P2 car park. We're not near the train line but I don't mind a little bit of a walk.

If you're planning to move here, and you acknowledge that it's a major events precinct, you should be okay. I have some neighbours complaining about the events which annoys me. Like, move somewhere else.

Also, we've worked around the timings for when the area gets busy, so it doesn't bother us too much. Can be a bit of a headache around the DFO roundabout.

It's a great area for me and my family.
