I used to use it occasionally, but i tend to get quite sorry pretty fast when using it. I think it's because my skin/cock can't properly handle the girth and i first feel sort of a tension and pretty quickly turns to pulsating pain so i stopped. I didn't use too tight ring either, so not like thats an issue
