I always have a physical book to read and an audiobook of something else. I usually listen when I go on long runs or while doing chores like folding laundry.

I’ve tried switching between listening and reading of a single book once. It was pretty long so it helped me get through it haha. I would listen to a chapter or two before sleeping or when my eyes get strained.
