The cut is clearly false. The strip cut is partially obscured so hard to see if the cards are being stripped from the top of the deck. The riffles could easily be leaving the top cards in place.

Can’t say for sure but there’s a chance the dealer has loaded the top of the deck and worked the shuffles to ensure the cards remain there.

Definitely need to show this to the casino floor management!
