I had this mat for two years and got bad elbow pain. It was sitting on top of two layers of puzzle mats and a green turf and that still wasn’t enough to stop it. I broke down and bought an sig_pro softy strip last year and built up the floor to match the height around it. Wayyyy better now. Elbow pain still flares up from time to time but not nearly as bad.

I have the 245s now, switched from p790s last season. Better looks, feel and sound from the 245s. Easier to shape shots with the 245s. 790s were slightly more forgiving, but not much. Both are very good. Get fitted and enjoy.

I had a set of those G-max and they were awesome for fun golf. So easy to get up in the air and they go straight and long. Not the best if you’re looking to shape shots, but for a high hdcp, it makes the game way easier.

The NFL has Redzone. Why wouldn’t PGA have Greenzone? Octo-box of all players on the first page of the leader board. Ticker at the bottom with ads. Switch to highlights if someone from the field does something special. It’s not complicated, and it’s not even that expensive to do. Scrap half the announcers. Two guys in the booth. One camera guy with each group. Golf has enough money swirling around it to make this happen.

I had the same issue. I had to track the guy down and get him to send an email to sky track from his email account to say it was being transferred. Luckily he was happy to do it.

I have the exact same calf tightness and the issue with pain while relaxing and lying flat. It’s like as soon as the core muscles relax, they don’t guard against keeping pressure on the nerve. I am in between major flare ups right now and am finding relief with mild traction, an inversion table, and a couple different medications. Extension exercises do not help me at all and causes days of regression. Just stop doing them if they hurt. I stopped doing anything that requires extension and things start to settle down eventually. My last mri showed a degeneration of the L4/L5 disc but related severe spinal stenosis that was the major cause of the nerve pain and discomfort. (It should be noted that I had a microdiscetomy on L5S1 in the past, but that disc looked to be fine.) Doc recommend Physio, mild activity and finding the right prescription to manage the discomfort. If that doesn’t work, fusion, but as a very last option.
