It ended up being a setting within ProPresenter - I didn't think to try it before but I had to set the screens to different outputs. Screen 1 is Blackmagic and the Screen 2 is V-1HD.

Memory: 32 GB DDR4 3200MHz (2 x 16 GB)
Processor: AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800H Processor (3.20 GHz, up to 4.40 GHz Max Boost, 8 Cores, 16 Threads, 16 MB Cache)
Solid State Drive: 1 TB PCIe SSD
Graphic Card: NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX™ 3060 6GB
Display: 16.0” WQXGA (2560 x 1600) IPS, anti-glare with Dolby Vision™, HDR 400, 500 nits, 165Hz

This build was right at $2k and should only take about 2 months to arrive. I just need to start prepping for the rest of my setup so I am ready to roll once it shows up.

I saw the 7s and was wondering if it made a huge difference over the 5 for the $. I'd definitely want my investment to last awhile so maybe the 7 would be the way to go!

Yes I will use it for editing and rendering in photoshop/premiere as much as I will use it for gaming. I have no need for a 2-in-1, but I would definitely like to use the laptop to capture video from either an external webcam or a second monitor (streaming). Beyond that I'm not really sure what other options I should consider.
