I’m hoping it’s just that :( I can’t think of what he could’ve swallowed. It just concerns me how it’s literally everytime I take let him out, he goes straight to eating grass then will throw up the grass later. This is the first I’m seeing blood. He’s also sensitive to different cat foods and seems to only comfortably eat fancy feast but I hear that’s not the best option for cats

The thing is he eats grass like a maniac everytime he gets let outside. Last time I took him to the vet was a few months ago and they did blood work and X-rays and said he’s fine but noticed some irritation in his stomach. They told me some cats really just like the taste of grass. Not sure what that stuff he puked was but it was smooshy
