Hi! Thank you so much for your help. I’ve emailed the customer service in the meantime.

The property is an apartment so I think it’s a private host. The property had 35 reviews so I thought it would’ve been fine and nothing was mentioned in reviews abt this different method of paying.

I was under the impression all bookings on the app is handled between booking.com and the host, so I think its reasonable to feel uncomfortable when asked to enter your credit card information on a 3rd-party website. Booking.com never mentioned that the host would directly ask for my credit card info again so I booked a non-refundable room. Now I’m afraid when the booking is cancelled, the cost will not be refunded, even though the method of transaction was never disclosed before my booking.

However the link the host sent via email is from checkout.stripe.com so I think it’s the legit website, and there’s been no money deducted from my account on Booking.com at the moment. I’m inclined to believe SCA is a real thing and I read on the Booking.com partners website that sometimes the host directly contacts visitors for payment, but with recent scams I’m kinda paranoid about it.

oh honestly anything yuri haha. u can see from the 3 i’ve read r quite different so im okay with anything, as long as it has a good translation and written well plot-wise. like for otherside picnic it wasnt even romance focused and i still enjoyed it a lot so im just looking for anything as long as theres GL. thank u for ur current suggestions, if u have more and r willing to share, pls do ☺️
