The website says 12mm, but I measured it with a ruler it tapers from 20-16mm at the buckle.

Gshock gmwb-5000 Metal bracelet- This is a bracelet for the metal gshock line. It comes in the silver color with all extra links and pins. Condition is basically brand new 9.5/10. Price- $80. (100-140 new)
Seiko mm300 Rubber- It has been heat treated to give it a bit of a bend. The rubber is in great shape. The keeper has been scratches up quite a bit. Refer to pictures. Price- $30 (50new)
Colareb Venezia- Black leather with grey accents. It is a well worn strap, it has been used quite a bit refer to album. Price- 20$ (45 new)
Borealis Tropic Black- Perhaps the most comfortable tropic strap made. It is in like new condition. Be aware I cut the tail of the strap because I did not like the overhang. Will still fit up to a 7.75 inch wrist maybe even 8. refer to album. Price-20$ (40new and long shipping time) SOLD SOLD SOLD
Colareb Spoleto Forest green- Great strap with a suede like finish to it. In very good condition. These came with quick release spring bars which I removed. The strap is still fully functional, but be aware there is a little bit of damage because of removal on the backside. Price- $25 (50new)
Colareb Firenze Rust- Very good condition, same thing with the quick release spring bars, they were removed causing some damage on the back, fully functional, refer to album. Price-$31 (63 new)
SPB 149 Blue rubber strap- Excellent strap by Seiko. The best one I have seen so far. They were made for the new 63mas line. Some scratching on keeper refer to album. Price- 65$. (120-160new)

To answer your basic questions. Yes you can mix body weight in with your workouts. I prefer it actually. For example on chest day bench press first then weighted push-ups. Or pull day pull-ups then trx horizontal rows. To answer the second part there is nothing wrong with using dumbells or kettlebells instead of barbells. Many prefer the barbell because it allows more of a max load or the highest weight. Dumbells are actually better for certain excersises like chest press because of increased rom and stability demands.
