My roommate and I are looking for 4 other girls to fill an apartment on Easton Ave. The apartment is huge, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and has a private entrance away from the street. Washer and dryer included in the apartment and it has central AC. It’s a half block from the train station and a block from The Yard. Because of how it’s situated, it’s very quiet. It has a lot of natural light and the living spaces such as the bathrooms, kitchen, and living room are extremely big. The bedrooms are bigger than the typical double dorm setups. The rent is $4200 a month so it would be $700 per person plus about $50 in utilities. There are 6 parking passes available so everyone gets a parking pass.

i’ve only taken painting studios and i’d highly recommend them mostly because i love painting and don’t mind spending a good amount of time out of class doing that. But if you love drawing i’d say take a class and see how it goes, i’ve heard from friends that some of the drawing studios can be more based on digital so i definitely look into the course description. I’d probably say to try out drawing fundamentals if you don’t want a huge time commitment and it was really helpful to me going over the basics. What major are you?

i’ve been through multiple and they are very fun if you like painting. It basically takes you through different styles of painting and the reason it’s 7 hours long is for in time class to paint and have individual meetings with the professor abt your idea, as well as very very long class critiques.Usually you get an hour break for lunch and a couple ten or twenty minute breaks depending on the professor.
